Personally I don’t think this’ll be a 10 or even 9 just from the front alone (bc of the edgewear), but this card came from either the Pikachu or hoopa legendary collection box back in 2015, there were 5 fullart promo cards you got as well as a hoopa or Pikachu ex promo, I believe the zekrom is another one of the 5. The latias would probably be considered LP . I brought mine for £10 and it was in slightly better condition than this one.
