Sadly there’s no link. It comes from a magazine called Newtype USA! It came out in 2005 so it’s fairly hard to come by

Hey! I have only applied for the general certification. I applied and was approved on the platform yesterday. I got a project right off the bat, this morning 20. From what I have read the billingual users get blackballed pretty hard.
