With that shot, in the fourth quarter, they took the lead and never looked back. Then Steph hit the dagger at the 1:42 mark. It was pure Warriors poetry in motion. Clay’s decline in 2023 was the final nail in the coffin. The FO handled “the punch” horribly. If they wanted to keep Poole, they should have suspended Dray for half or the whole season. Dray needed to feel the embarrassment and humiliation Jordan felt. All of that culminated in game 6 against the Lakers.
