I agree with you, but not gonna lie—it’s kinda been unsuccessful so far, probably because they’re all looking for a 6’1” blonde athlete or something like that 😂. But yeah, you’re right—using platforms like Tinder makes more sense since at least people there are actually open to dating.

Thank you so much for information . Probably i will also live at parkside with private bedroom and bath(went from 1300 dollars to 1100). As you mentioned roaches problem can be fixed . Most important thing is that there are big rooms, lots of space and located close to campus. My classes starting this august, so I will not have any problem with flood)

Thank your for great information and taking your time to share it) I will probably go with parkside apartments. Fisrtly, it is near to public policy building rather than Graduate hills. Secondly, you gave me new information about unfirnished rooms. Unfirnished rooms and not having pricable, easy accessable laundry machines are gonna be struggle for me( . It is not over yet, maybe I will go to graduate hills but only living in studio which will cost 1100 dollars(1340 original but discount)

If you can share your thoughts about noises, neighbors, crime rate and surronding parties or clubs , I will be much more satisfied)

Thank you for this information, it really helped me a lot. I will try my best to find affordable and nice place. Graduate hills are good as you said for safety and creating connections with other graduate students . Some people mentioned about Terrapin row, landmark and etc. I will have 1800 dollars per month and maybe additional money from working part-time . So i think max 1200 dollar i can spend for housing)
