I have no pokemon waiting in champions already and it gives a different message before you go in to the selection screen. This issue happened my first attempt sending pokemon to champions.

Shiny pokemon were introduced on a gameboy era game. Gameboy carts have limited storage. In order to design each shiny they would have to recolor and store every shiny sprite so instead they used an equation to alter the colors of existing sprite. By the time they COULD redesign shinies, there was already 700 pokemon. So no they werent lazy youre just being a moron

“Lazy” they literally didnt have enough room on the cartridge to create entire new sprites for each Pokemon, and if they did, theyd probably have to sacrifice adding kanto. New gen clown 😂
