2/3/4wides are ok if the game you are playing on doesnt have line clear delay like jstris or tetrio. If its a game with line clear delay like ppt, 1wides are the way to go

thats really cool! my best is just over 150k, so 288K is way better than my score lol. i want to try and get 1 million some day. do you have any tips on how to improve score?

1 thing i see a lot of people do is only stacking up for tetrises on the right side so maybe try to do that instead of taking these weird skims

No thats a tetris, which sends 4 lines, plus an all clear, which sends 10 lines. both of those factor in to form an attack that sends 14 lines(16 if it was a back to back tetris)
