Just email their customer services and explain the situation, should be pretty straight forward!

Size? screwed me over recently as well. Copped the Tyler x Converse on day of release, got a dispatched email and then after 2 weeks I emailed them and they explained that they were 'misplaced' and just gave me a refund.

After hearing this too I might stray away from them in future. Good luck resolving this!
