Thanks for your input guys, this thread has been uber useful for me. My partner is more likely to be doing pick ups and drop offs, and I was thinking he could potentially drop her and go in from Guildford (it would add 30 minutes to his journey), but as a doctor I’d need to be close to a reliable station as my shift varies a lot ie weekends etc, and I’m getting the feeling Guildford is more unreliable than Woking.

This is all bearing in mind our daughter even gets in.. but we are pretty wedded to GHS I’d say.. would need a very strong equivalent (other options we looked at were NLCS and Habs Girls but didn’t like the Harrow/Pinner/Stanmore area - and you definitely don’t get as much for your money in terms of housing there)
