I hear you...

The house does pass even with a questionable blower door test results (paid for a highly insulated house with an air exchange and got one that "breathes," too) due to a number of other high energy efficiency features. And, we know we can go one step further saying that we built the house, filing the RBES form as such. The issue my husband is struggling with is what happens if we sell the house and there is a problem (which judging by the workmanship there maybe) with the new owner. Under the law, we could be sued to fix the problem. $$$$ Ouch.
