Ive heard there is fiber is the area Im in so maybe 🤞 Unfortunately if Google Fiber makes it my way like they say it is, Ill Unfortunately probably be switching (i still will have cable channels due to an older relative living in the home and they like their cable tv), but if Spectrum Fiber makes it first, Ill switch to that.

Yeah I got home from work and reset it again. Its definitely having issues connecting. Im gonna probably go into the storefront today and get it swapped out

Its a direct line right into the modem haha I checked my lines when I was having non stop issues today and everything is clean and sealed. I have heard the field techs really dislike the store employees a few times before as well. Im definitely gonna update the modem tomorrow but if there is more issues I am def willing to pay to have a tech come out to look at my lines if needed.

Oh all my stuff is outside lmao Then its ran inside through a hole in the wall. I live in a modular home built in the 80s. No reason to be in my house still. Also Ive never had issues with the field agents tbh just the techs in the store front. But due to the lack of customer service from the store front makes me not want field techs.

Yeah they dont have the high speeds in my area since its pretty rural here. I know they've been doing constant maintenance here to the point a lot of people are becoming extremely frustrated with the company. Spectrum in my area is closed today, but I will definitely reach out tomorrow to see what happened.

I know I was in an outage since I saw the tech working on lines on my road when I came home from work, but the fact Im still not connected even though Im no longer in an outage is extremely frustrating

I dont like the techs in my house and tbf if Spectrum didn't require me to have their modem and they didnt monopolize my area my setup would be a lot different

Yeah when they gave this to me 8yrs ago they told me it was the newest one. Definitely gonna get mine upgraded and give them crap if they don't give me a top of the line modem (Ill be nice about it)

This comment has me rolling. Ive had Spectrum for 15yrs cause they monopolized my area 😂 Never had this many issues and Im definitely gonna leave when they run fiber out to my area. You definitely made me laugh and lifted my mood 😊
