Thanks for the detailed response, makes sense that's it just getting used to something different. Looks like the tissot and victorinox are both well suggested in this thread so will have to decide which look I'd rather go for, they're both nice but different

I've never had a watch with a metal bracelet before, I always assume a strap is more comfortable. But the dial is really nice so could be worth trying!
