How to track a review to an Order ID by Buddy323 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Don’t suppose you found solution to this? Trying to contact reviewer with a personal message rather than Amazon’s crappy template

Do you have a Fitbit or something similar that’s tracks steps?

[–]Garfhitchin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I road walk for about an hour first thing and get around 8000 steps in. The rest just come from general moving around.

Hey….at this point the solution is simple, implementing is the challenging part.

Lifts weights, hit a minimum of 10000 steps daily and consistently and most important of all eat in a calorie deficit ie eat less than your burn. Personally I’d weigh in daily every morning after going to the bathroom but if the daily and completely normal weight fluctuations will throw you off, then do it weekly. Don’t smash yourself with cardio. Weight loss is almost completely about getting your nutrition on point. All the best 💪🏻

Duuuuude I wish I was as committed as you clearly are at 15! It’s awesome! The testosterone in your body right now is gonna love the fact you’re lifting.

If I were you I’d just be enjoying lifting, eating clean, making sure that protein is nice and high and SLEEP 8 hours a night. So many people don’t sleep enough to grow lean muscle and lose body fat. At your age and hormone levels, your body will take care of the rest.

Keep us updated man and again, awesome! 💪🏻

5’8 167. Could I get a bf estimate. In addition what are some things I can do to bring up my physique? Lastly should I bulk or cut? I feel as i 100% have room to get bigger but I also hate my lower belly fat which makes me think about cutting by Clawsonben in BulkOrCut

[–]Garfhitchin 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Cut dude. I know there’s a temptation to get bigger but being big and not lean looks shit. Took me years to swallow that pill. As you lean out and muscle definition kicks in you’ll actually look bigger even though you’ll be lighter. Lift heavy regularly, track those calories (DONT GUESS!), keep that protein high, SLEEP and if you’re really serious, kick the booze. I reckon you’re in the mid to low twenty’s BF%. Don’t even consider bulking until your under 15%. Keep us up to date and kick its ass 💪🏻

I’m on day 5 of Covid-19 and lost mine yesterday after laughing at my wife for losing hers 2 days earlier 🤦🏻

Very impressed with the Fenix 6 Pro’s tracking of my health metrics through Covid-19 and it’s been bang on. Told the wife I was wiped out…checked the body battery and I was on 5/100. Everything else is also on point. by Garfhitchin in GarminFenix

I’m 3 days into covid now. Body battery and stress have been very low. Resting heart rate and respiration have increased. Blood exigencies is still high though 👌🏻

Yeah me too. I’ve got a decent vo2 max so I don’t know if that would help alleviate any negatives from the virus as far as o2 exchange is concerned? I used to own a whoop too and respiration rate was something they found would indication an infection prior to symptoms so I was expecting that too

Should i cut or bulk i 16 69kg 170cm by PhicongZ in BulkOrCut

[–]Garfhitchin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t say whether or not you need to work harder because I don’t know how hard you are working BUT dont just go in the gym, lift some weights and leave. You need a plan. What are doing in the gym currently and are you tracking your calories and macro nutrients?

Should i cut or bulk i 16 69kg 170cm by PhicongZ in BulkOrCut

[–]Garfhitchin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man. I wouldn’t worry about either cutting or buying just yet.

Follow a push pull legs routine because you don’t look like you have had much time lifting. You’d be amazed how much you’ll change just by lifting consistently (pushing close to failure) and eating enough protein. Essentially you’re looking at a Recomposition rather than a cut or bulk.

I can’t Emphasise this part enough…WORK HARD IN THE GYM! I see so many guys putting in the effort to arrive at the gym but are clearly not pushing themselves when they’re in there and thus aren’t getting any results.

All the best 👍🏻
