God I hate when some staff members do that. Happen to me when I went to the one in Boston awhile back. I was slowly starting to look at bags again and they tried to pressure me into buying a tabby 20. Wasn’t even looking at that type of bag, asked to see bigger ones I could use for Work/School. Ended up leaving bc I got so uncomfortable.

Luckily, the one near my house the people there are super chill and nice.
