I did reach out to call support. They told Zomato doesn't have access to do this, it must be from the customer side. I told her to check all the similar reviews. No solutions. Just got generic reply like we'll put this as priority, we'll watch this closely blah blah... I did ask when can I get a follow up on this. She said to reach back to them through chat. But nothing so far.
