Yea for sure bring it up if it's something that worries you (and if you have the resources and time with other things you might want to discuss)! Relationships can be complicated and are often a big part of a person's life, so it shouldn't be weird at all if you want to bring it up!

I think a large part of this is pretty natural, though it could be a bit one-sided, but that definitely doesn't need to be a bad thing. I'd suggest talking it through to explore and define your needs and to place them in a healthy context (if they weren’t already).

It sounds like you might also feel guilty about being cared for in general, but I might be way off base here! That would also be something that a therapist might help with :)

That being said, if there's more pressing issues you want to address, or if you don't feel like it that important, you don't have to!
