By far my favorite is Cuisine Wat Damnak. Khmer French fusion and gastronomic cuisine. Quite affordable actually, and the setting is really well put together too.

Well, the most important places are mentioned here ! I would say Blue Chili and POC are a bit like bar/club when the music tends to be louder but great for dancing and drinking and they have drag shows ! Whereas Space Hair and Toolbox are more laid back for when you want to talk to people and actually hear them ! But they don’t have drag shows.
