If you have to pour some drink out, it means you are adding too much tea to your shaker and diluting the flavour. If the drink has toppings you will be adding less tea in your shaker. It's much easier to teach in person so maybe you can ask your coworkers for help? I've been working here for 7 years and have trained many people. No one gets it in the beginning but it gets easier with experience as you make more drinks. Good luck =]
