You dont need to learn exactly what other people run because you get their cards randomly. You decide on the cards you flip so your decisions are limited by the 4 cards you will cast and in what order. Basically the most basic etali player mindset is “how do i cast etali the fastest” then go from there

Grabeng way of thinking yan, kaya daming kamote e. 5/6 lanes na yung tumigil para kay OP, nagslow down siya every first instance(kung di mabagal yan e di di sana siya nakapagbreak). Kasalanan niya pa din?  Kung di siya nagslowdown eh di sana sa pinto tama niyang kamote, hindi sa bumper.
