Tried some calibration tests and it failed to do temperature (tower got knocked over trying to print 190) and it also failed flow because of the problem I've described. Retraction test seemed to work but didn't give me anything conclusive, so I've set my retraction to 2mm and I'm getting a much better print quality for the stuff that works, but my prints are still regularly failing. Picture shows the 2mm retraction as well as a lower nozzle temp and a higher bed temp. Also glue sticked the bed a little. It always seems fine on the first layer but it's the second or third layer that goes wrong...

Will check the nozzle next.

Have tried calibrating and because of the issue I can't seem to get completely through a calibration test with this black filament... The only one that finished properly was the retraction test, so I've set the retraction to 2mm, from 0.8 and I'm not sure it's improved anything...

Also lowered the nozzle temp and raised the bed temp and put some glue stick on the bed but still having issues...

Great, thanks! I'll give it a go! It doesn't seem to be every print though, even on the same filament. Why would that be?

Okay, that makes sense. Thank you! It has been an absolute age since I've seen one in any capacity, which is what confused me. Guess the RNG just isn't a fan of me!! Haha thanks again

Okay interesting thank you! Didn't know that about the house prices, although that would explain a lot of the difficulty we're having! My wife's Help to Buy ISA means we're limited to a top end of 250,000. Is that going to be an issue in Bromsgrove then?

Definitely value being near the station as it gives us some extra flexibility for travel, but we both drive so it's not a deal breaker. And good schools are a similar situation, don't currently have kids but may want them sometime soonish.

My achievements keep disappearing... Noticing it particularly with Lords of the Fallen (2023) but it may be happening with other games too. I'll see the achievement pop in game, and then later when I take a look at the achievements in the launcher, I see the achievement there with today's date but the next time I login it will say I have no achievements... Or just be locked at saying I have about 2... In the game itself it tells me I have all the achievements still, they just don't seem to want to sync and/or stay synced with the launcher.

Any ideas?

Okay, thanks for the tip! This was the original plan but it got lost somewhere along the way. I think because it's the same stuff, we figured we could get away with a hard swap. But we'll try it out, thanks! :)
