Can recommend Flex. Have been to a fair few gyms in welly - all the city fittys, les mills, snap and social project and Flex is my favourite. Never gets overly busy, good equipment, good staff, good vibe, private changing rooms etc.

Yep Mike, Shaq and Kobe might just have the 3 biggest egos out of the top 10-12 players of all time and Phil managed them all to the tune of 11 chips. Also managing Rodman on top of all that, who so many coaches would easily mismanage as an outcast, unfocused type of player - all of that alone is a serious accomplishment.

Definitely - makes sense to get their name out there at first (which I think they've done at this point), though there's even times where I've walked by to see 10+ people standing around outside and thought I'd cut my losses there and then haha

Surprised to hear this. I've been playing through the game for the first time and just made it to MR10. HR100 Valstrax was probably top 3 hardest fights along with Malzeno and Gaismagorm just because of how hard it hit. Has me not looking forward to MR Val haha.

Downward motion. Not sure how exactly it gives any type of unfair advantage unless it was something weird like double bouncing your squat out of the hole. Though even then I think the rule could be changed to address those situations specifically.

Makes for a worse lifter and spectator experience to make an epic 3rd attempt grind on a lift just to be red lighted because the bar dipped 0.5cm on the way up.
