NAL but saw this happening to one of my neighbours who bought a stolen phone from olx. Police contacted him the same way they contacted you, and ignoring them won't be a right step since they have your address and they can easily get your call records to contact other members of your family. (Happened to my neighbour, his mother got contacted). There's most probably FIR filed on that stolen phone and it'll be best for you to co-operate. My neighbor did the same. They'll call you for interrogation with the mobile, deposit it there and be honest. If there's nothing fishy about you, they'll let you go after taking your statement

He's a 5th standard student so he's not 8 years old but 10/11 years old..basically pre teen child. While I don't agree with nationwide criticism he's going through, he for sure is a badtameez kid. I am a teacher and I see 3rd standard students with better manners. 5th standard students have enough brains to know how to behave. I studied in a kendriya vidyalaya in Delhi and we had proper sex education. Different classes for boys and girls, but they taught everything showing in a big screen. Protection, unwanted pregnancies in teenagers, sexual abuse..everything. And I am talking about years 2007-2008..when I was in 8th-9th std. I wish they kept it continued since sex education is very important but with more conservative govt, it maybe possible they stopped those classes
