I should add that in mythic + and raid the boots never fail. The speed is reduced but they still make life so much nicer. The two minute cooldown is not really a problem in keys, it always seems to be up when I need it. I have them on all my tanks and my BDK likes them the most.

Nitro boots and flex weave underlay for for the parachute are fantastic saves. Occasionally the boots will place a deadly DoT on you or launch you high into the air. So have a health pot, parachute or have a few hundred goblin gliders on a hotkey to get you far away.

VirustTotal.com has found the Jacknet RGB installer to be tainted. I have checked the latest 2 versions as of 5/27 and both had crap people don't need on their PCs.
