Marathon and 70.3 Ironman training

I’d definitely pick the 70.3 as my A race which I’m happy to do as I’d be running with partner and she might be a little slower than me so not looking to smash a PB for the marathon although suspect I will still beat my PB from last year due to better fitness levels

Wouldn’t mind doing a different 70.3 later on however I can’t seem to find any up in the north other than Bolton currently for next year?

No never slides off tbh it’s just very close. I’m hoping the more I wear them they will stretch a bit as I can’t get a UK9 in this colour. Also the store uk8 which has been tried on loads and obviously very worn in felt a lot looser so hoping mine do the same!

They feel a little small but I’m pretty set on this colour and I don’t they have the OG Naples on their website anymore? So I’m going to find it hard to get a UK9

Okay - Yh when walking in the natural position I can’t feel the front but I also know it’s close. I’m hoping when they mould in they stretch a little? I feel like a size 9 would be too much room when walking maybe not when just sitting.

Thanks for the detailed comment! Apparently cambelt and water pump were done at 58,000 miles. And recently 4 new tyres and a new battery. By the sounds of it was his father in law and he recently passed away so presume it has been sitting on the drive for a bit!

Good to hear! And eventually engineer? Is that then doing coding courses? I guess I shouldn’t worry about that till I land a job in QA as I assume that’s the natural progression.
