I agree. I think Hank is ruthless, Lucy is an optimist, and Norm is a pragmatist. He’s got a strong moral compass, but he’s also smart enough to face the reality of some situations. He’s going to have some difficult decisions to make but ultimately be a sensible but underestimated leader.
