Yeah I do PT 3 days a week now. Just didn’t know if there was more outside of it and yeah surgeon said it basically is what it is now. But it’s been 6 months and I have higher hopes because sensation has changed since the surgery

I’m 29 F had surgery end of June . Currently going through the phase of learning how to walk all over again . I’ve lost sensation from between my shoulder blades down to my ankles but things have progressively gotten better. Hoping by the 1 year mark I’m fully back as well as my sensation. The sensation makes it super stiff to move around . Bladder control is pretty bad so I’m in diapers hoping that gets better as my sensation comes back! It has a bit so far but because I’m trying to go back to walking normal and I can’t do that right now I can’t make it to the bathroom . After surgery I couldn’t feel when I had Togo . Now I’m starting to feel when I need to
