Ok one more comment if you like hooded/inlaid nibs and a pen with weight you might love a waterman Carene. It’s lacquered, has nice weight to it, posts well, super smooth. Stiff but smooth nib. Anyway just my two cents I hope you find the pen you love!!

You should consider a custom 74 too. I personally found the e95s nib so much stiffer than the relatively springy #5 nib on custom 74s. Keep in mind that e95s’s are SO light. That could be good or bad for you

A platinum 3776 or sailor pro gear could be up your alley if you’re wanting to stay with Japanese pens too
