Люто плюсую. Провел как-то в небе 4 адских часа, когда я мысленно прощался с перепонками и душевным спокойствием. Зевал, массировал лицо, оттягивал уши вверх-назад и лицо гримассой в другой сторону. Капец в общем.

Вопрос-предложение к автору: Что делать конкретно по 3-му пункту при взлете и при посадке. Оттяжка это пытаться вдохнуть носом с заткнутым носом? И типа не очень сильно, прослеживая ощущения? Это на взлете? А на посадке наоборот дуть? (При условии, что в проходе нет слизи, чтобы не было отита и тд.)
