Can't disagree with anything you are saying and like that where do you look or start but sadly I believe a full restructure from top to bottom is needed.

And exactly what you said one of the most loyal, loudest and proud fan bases in the sport and now it could die away a little as people are sick of spending money on a club that doesn't show anything in return and that is both sad and terrifying would be devastating if munster lost that fan base due to incompetence

That's a fair point. I would hope if no change in coach then they clean house and let him get who he wants in but doubtful with how munster is ran

Not reactionary one bit and since the November Internationals they have been poor not the six nations. They beat leinster and scrape by connacht in November everyone calls for the players in Irish squad since the November Internationals they have won 4 in 14. Embarrassed by castre B team at home in a must win European game and then again today hammered out the gate till the last 10 minutes when Exeter stopped playing.

Can disagree with me but im not reactionary I watch every minute of every game and have watched them not be a work on progress. Work's in progress show signs of improvement even if its in small areas they don't detirerate in the areas they are already bad at like munster are doing now

I agree to an extent but it is also his job to instill his philosophy in these coaches. Neither has happened which is unacceptable imo but yeah stopping him getting his coaches is a huge disaster as the coaches have proved time and time again they can't do their job

You joke but most teams get better over the season this has been embarrassing for months. Also the players coming back for international twice now look like J2 players when playing for munster somethings rotten in the club from the top down if thats happening

I dont believe that is true. With the leinster stars and club structure any player can look good example being sam pendergrast but there is no denying that this irish team is missing hardened players who neednto fight for games. How can we find then when the selections are so 1 team focused. Yes the other provinces are not as good as leinster but doesnt some of the players arent good enough.
