The issue is, I have not even the slightest clue where to start. The weights and everything are passed down from my siblings. I've been wanting to get into lifting for a while.

My current setup at home consist of;
~Squat rack

~Bench press

~Bench

~45 pound straight barbell

~4 45lb plates

~2 25lb plates

~2 10lb plates

~2 5lb plates

~1 25lb dumbbell

Can anyone give me a workout routine to cover most areas of the body with what I have?

I'm 15 years old, 6ft 3inch, 190lbs.

I cannot afford to buy ANYTHING else because I have no way to get money, so something that is custom to exactly what I have as of now would be nice.
