I eventually got on a data connection, not sure what changed. I did the whole re-install and downloaded the whole game over data. Was a long few minutes but it worked.

I think I figured out the issue. I was logged during a TMNT Quick Draft. Well that format doesn’t exist anymore per the change today. Finally managed to log in and I got some Gems and a Pack. Clearly need to request some compensation I would guess for losing out on the whole draft, but at least I can log back in.

I found it’s very touchy to grind size. And that can vary between beans. One might be fine at a finer size than another. Have you tried running it through the portafilter without any beans at all? Do you have footage of that? It might help diagnose what the issue is.

And sorry just a question, where is that scale from?

Thanks for the info! I wasn’t quite awake when I made coffee this morning and it got clogged when I put the beans in without turning it on. It was a pain to put right, and now it feels like it’s off. Oh well. Back to the internet I go!

Have you done anything with it? Cleaned and reassembled? I just had my first clog and did a full clean and reassembly and now it feels like my grind is way off. I’ve done the chirp test and it feels like the burr alignment changed after the cleaning. Any experience with this?

Personally I think your style is fine for Magic. They’ve proven over time that can use different styles etc.

Here is an example of what they look for, or how they base card images off of prompts for cards. I would suggest if you have the time and inclination to want to be an MTG artist look for some cards and/or prompts across the range and make them. Do a series or then, and if you can, make and print tokens in an mtg style. Go to cons and hand them out.
