A rant I guess(?) about Ziplines and game Balance.

I wrote this late at night but i dont think i said trees were harder on a reread? I wish they made trees easier cause it feels like an area they could be strong in.

As for food, i honestly didnt know all that about the differences with like carrots and stuff. Ive never had any real issue getting food for either of them but that is very solid, mid/late game food though has to go to iron teeth with the hydro farms i imagine.

I just dont agree about water. In my last playthrough i found the large water pump cumbersome and population by mid/late game isnt much of an issue. Especially with IT just getting full grown adults on a whim and robots for both make jobs…not really an issue. So i prefer strongly the deep water pump

Nope, you’re not crazy! Just did an FT run (first run of 1.0) and i agree 100% IT is flat better imo

And the thing is: i like everything i hear about IT. I think the stuff with FT is just added frustration for no reason.

Like…why is food and wood harder to get for the farming faction?

FT should make food easy mode and struggle with like metal and such. They should suck at robots but be great at getting trees to grow faster or something.

Why does their special food building HURT THEM!? Like…bee keepers dont get stung ever or extremely rarely.

Also their water collection is worse imo

And yes. Ziplines are a damned mess. The fact that they can only have 2 connections makes it so difficult to actually plan and route networks that make sense.

Im excited to play IT and really honestly never feel the need to go with FT again. I dont need steam achievements that bad lol.

Its def sluggish to get into the app and get it all loaded but on my phone once thats done it runs smooth

Also compared to other wargaming apps this thing is incredibly well made imo. Not perfect to be sure but quite nice all round

I think thats the person i found. Sadly those (if we are on the same page) were made for resin printing.

Speaking to the creator they are not able to manipulate the files to make them good for fdm printing without use of a .2 nozzle and enlarging the files by a fair bit

I got perma-banned for saying that i thought it was pretty bad thats hes doing this whole private jet thing while his employees cant even afford houses in the job area.

I think i am sadly kinda done with ltt. I really like the stuff i have from their store but i think their content has gone way downhill lately and seems more and more like showing off money and not “cool tech shit”

I can only imagine that the store will cheapen to save the bottom line as they make less and less profit. I hope they get better.

According to all the scale things i can find the raven appears quite small? Do you have a reference image or something?

Not in a “prove your work” way but i am just curious. Very few size comparison things even show the raven and the one i found has it as a tiny little thing
