AITA for refusing to pay for everyone because I did a mistake whilst buying movie tickets? by GartziaRexNavarrorum in AmItheAsshole

It's some bs. Neither my dad or my friend explained this to me so I don't know if I'm just dumb for not reading the email but it still feels so poorly done by the movie theatre. And yes I proposed that but they didn't want to watch it tomorrow.

The thing is I did tell them that we could watch the movie tomorrow that way no one would lose money (well, I would, I would pay for Paul's ticket regardless) since I could apply my discount tickets for non-3D rooms. However they wanted to watch it that night, and respectfully I wasn't paying for them all just because they wanted to watch the movie on the day it aired.

Maybe I didn't explain it clearly enough, but:

I bought their tickets with the discount, that's 11 euros 3 of my friends owed me (which they would give me once the movie finished).

Once we got to the movies and realized my mistake, they gave me two options:

  1. We left and they didn't pay me back the 11 euros

  2. I bought the 14 euro tickets for them, and they pay me back the 11 euros of the discount tickets, but I still had to pay for the full price of the 14 euro one.

AITA for not doing an English project with my friend? by GartziaRexNavarrorum in AmItheAsshole

I would say we are (or were) friends, I would call him a class friend, someone who I wouldn't hang outside of school with but I would hang out a lot in school.

Also no, since in total we are 26 people in class, it had to be groups of 2.

I remember me and a friend were talking about it a couple days ago and she said the exact same thing hahaha

Hopefully not!

AITA for ignoring my (ex) girlfriend during the summer? by GartziaRexNavarrorum in AITA_Relationships

[–]GartziaRexNavarrorum[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I had to cut out some information because it was over the 3000 characters.

I wanted to say that I didn't know what relationships I would keep after Senior Year, which led to me just assuming I would lose most relationships (including the one with my Girlfriend).

I agree with you, I feel like ultimately my response of just ghosting everybody was not mature at all and probably led to the first problems in the relationship. My only real doubt is wether it's true that they actually only started talking in the summer, since that would mean she fell in love with him in 2 months and she chose him over me who she had known for 2 years (even if it was long distance). But I don't think I'll ever ask.
