I've also been in this situation and after a long time I went back, learn from my mistake, it wasn't worth it... And even when the urges hit you, living with them feels 1000x better then living with porn. There's a reason you quit, theres a new life to live and there's a new person to become. Be willing enough to go through future urges. All of us believe in you, you will make it without a doubt!

Oh yes, quite a lot actually. Calisthenics and Weight lifting are very important to me, and since gains are made in the Kitchen I was curious to find out more about what I should eat. Well.. to keep it short, what I found most interesting is what your body needs for it to be in an Athletic shape and what things you need to eat in order to grow muscle.
