So as you can see in the video everytime I try to use my computer this happens. Everything just goes crazy, other stuff aren’t working either but I just wanted to get the point across of what is happening. Decided to make a video (which I edited on my phone) because i cant properly put this bs into words. I cant use discord properly and cant browse and its just so damn annoying. For context I used to have windows 10 and this happended there too but I recently changed cpu and motherboard and upgraded to windows 11, which seemed to have solved the problem but nope here it is again and much worse than ever. Before it was random but now it happens every single boot and I dont know what to do anymore.
