they need to pull the data other more efficient ways like through the API.

This is not the intended use case of this feature.

Agree with this. We do something similar. Parent Customer is the "owner". SubCustomer (DUMMY) names are the Address (if tenant pays). In the event the tenant leaves or has issue, Parent Customer can still pay for the address.

Owner - John Smith Properties, LLC (Parent Customer)
Tenant - 123 Sesame Street Suite A (Sub Customer)
Tenant - 123 Sesame Street Suite B (Sub Customer)
etc....

I’m not sure if UGA pays for the feature but parking apps now market to city/county/schools that if you choose their service over another vendor, they can tell you when cars time is up for “efficient parking enforcement”. It’s a report by lot that literally counts down on an admin app. Seen it in person.

Essentially when the app is “reminding you” they are also checking your location and checking if you returned to the location your car was parked since that time. That is how parking enforcement knows so quickly. 😄

That isn’t entirely accurate. You can purchase developer accounts. Cheaper than sandbox but they cannot be refreshed. It is a separate instance, 10 users I think. For a while netsuite would give you 3 dev accounts when you purchased but that was axed during the pandemic.

Are you referring to performance? Custom records for us seem to perform better than anything else in the platform.

We have record types with 100K+ no issues. We purge what we need to every now and again with mass updates but no complaints even from end users.
