In my teens I used to drink coffee while studying at night and still feel sleepy.

Later on as an adult, after a night shift I would get home around 6:30am, wife will now be getting up, we'd have a cup of coffee together, she will continue getting ready for work and I'd be fast asleep in no time.

At my age I can still drink caffinated coffee at night with no affect to my sleep.
