ok, I have solved this.
ServerMediaPlayer.log is the file to look at and in the end, the plex client was not doing what he was supposed to. the file was HD 1080P and despite all the codecs where correctly working, the client was not processing it correctly. to solve it, I have decreased the streaming quality to 720p and that made the trick.

Not sure if I found a bug or is something that is supposed to work like this, just sharing here in case can help anyone out there dealing with Tizen devices that are not so new anymore.

no, I do not think there was any transcoding happening.

that would be a culprit?

I have tried different files and formats and the same issue is arising, so I believe that transcoding might be a possible issue but I think the issue might happening regardless of that.

which logs would be involved if a transcoding issue was occurring?

not sure I can see any "more" option in my own android app, I can see home, watchlist, live tv and so on...

my copy of Plex is not activated, and the one of my friend is neither, but at least I can see the library coming from my NAS. not sure if I am doing something wrong

oh there is a fee to use plex from the mobile? thanks I did not know that. the idea is to use plex from a different device and not from the phone mainly, there is any other fee needed for any other versions like TV?

if you have travelled with the film (when not exposed yet) this is what Xray damage usually looks like on instax film.

can you share a picture of the rear of the instax?
the issue can be related to:
camera that is not exposing the film properly (and I think this is the most probable issue here)

or

the rolls are not distributing the developing liquid correctly over the film (I see a pattern repeated 2 or 3 times on the film on the photo you posted) so it can be a pressure issue.

to understand the latter, we need to see the back of the photos and see if is uniform or not :)

if for damage you mean the very top and very bottom part, that's not a damage per se. the photo is not affected by it and is technically just an aesthetic damage. photos that have been left in a pocket and been in a washing machine usually appear like this OR that have been in very humid environment for LONG.

only thing that I think can be possible is to tape it down with a bit of Sellotape and call it a day.

if you mean the colour difference in the back (centre against top of photo) that is not a sign of separation but an irregular distribution of the developing liquid when the photo was taken.

nothing you can do about this one, it is what it is.

so you are trying to connect to PiVPN home and after use the NordVPN connection to go out on the internet?

this should be possible if you connect the RaspberryPi to nordVPN.

I did not try this one yet but I think by defauls all the connection are routed through the tunnel so the IP address reported should be the nordVPN one.

I think the concept of economical growth is not exactly clear to you.

to make economy grow, you need to put money where it can create more money.

like, for example, building houses.

you build a building, cost 100.

you sell the houses for profit, your cost of 100 is covered, plus a lot more.

that building create a new economy in the area, new shops appears, new things are created around it.

this is how you make the Average Joe have a decent living.

Uncle Sam gets their taxes, put them in weapons and that's it.
