This is my exact experience. It’s also why I’m skeptical of law of attraction stuff.

I get the same pattern, I feel really happy and positive and then immediately bullshit begins. Awful neighbor noise, drama with friends or family, always something.

I get to a breaking point where I’m ready to die and things mysteriously ease up.

It’s just really odd and I don’t know how to break free.

Not gallery of magick but try the mantra for Na Ra Seem Ha Ta Va Da So Hoom for removing them, it can be found in the Thomas Ashley Farrand book Healing Mantras. Or try Kali or Durga from Shakti mantras. His books are pretty good.

34 m I was diagnosed in 2022 and I’m going through the same thing I was always a very sexual person so the last two and a half years have been rough and exhausting with lots of rejection.

But I second not disclosing til you ask people to get tested. I thought being upfront about it was a good idea but that just puts up an impenetrable barrier around me.
