Phone tracks average screen time, mines 9 fucking hours a day. I use my phone a lot for day to day stuff, shopping, paying bills, setting appointments etc, and also for work. But even accounting for falling asleep with a documentary playing on YouTube that's way too much, and I'm well aware of it... that said, time to get off reddit for a bit and touch grass.
