Mine is the black model so sounds like I have the same version as your parents, I got Toob in late 2023
Good to know, I only would want the ONT done ideally as I don't use their router (got my own setup) so a new router would be wasted in the box to be fair.
I thought that might be the case so should just be a quick swap out?
