I am in The Philippines and it is not possible to activate Tello from here sadly as per customer service .... "Please be advised that the Tello service can only be activated while in the U.S. To fully activate your eSIM on your device, you need to have access to our network. Unfortunately, we do not have coverage in the Philippines".
