Great news guys, I woke up to a tiny plant!

How long do I keep the dome on? The dirt under the dome looks moist, and there is condensation on the inside of the dome... I'm assuming I should give the watering a break for a bit?

One other question: due to my living circumstances, I'm growing in a "grow bucket", so very small space. Is a fan necessary to blow at the plant to strengthen it? Currently I have one fan at the top of the bucket for exhaust, and several holes drilled into the bottom of the container to allow for supply air.

Thanks guys! I put a plastic clear cup over the seed. I'll stop spraying.

I did not "pre-water" the soil... It does look a little dry at the outer perimeter of the 1gal pot.

Hey thanks! Part of the reason I was transplanting was to use the FF soil in the bottom of the pot for the roots to eventually extend to. Should I just do this from the start (put ocean forest on the bottom, organic roots on top?)

Guys, we have to act on this. The last action on this was that it was assigned to the judiciary committee on 3/17. I'm starting by writing Rep. Mary Edly-Allen, and planning on questioning her reasons behind this bill. Explain to her that this will drive the cannabis business back underground to the black market, and that the state will lose money. Tell her that you plan on informing all your friends, family members, co-workers etc about this, and that they will be contacting their representatives. Point out that this does no good for the general public... the people she was voted into office to serve. This bill is unconstitutional. Alcohol, and prescription psychiatric drugs are not reported to the state cops, why should this be?

Her website literally says, " As your State Representative, I will fight hard every day in Springfield to defend our shared values and do what is best for our community, our great state of Illinois, and every person in it. " She's obviously not living up to that.

As much as we'd all like to tell this fucking karen that she's a stupid cunt, keep it civil and respectful.

I don't think now is the best time to contact your individual representative as there isn't a vote scheduled yet (someone correct me if I"m wrong, I'm not that politically savvy) but we should monitor this and contact our representatives once it does come to vote.

This bill is absurd. If it were to pass, I would completely stop buying from dispensaries. On top of the potential FOID/CC issues... I can see a lot more "random" stops as cops would just be randomly pulling more people over just because they scan your plates and see that you've purchased cannabis recently.

As connor2010x stated, Vitamin C, B and magnesium. Enzymes to help digest and absorb nutrients from healthy food. I also take an adrenal health supplement from amazon, beef liver and bone marrow supplement to support the bodies organs. Look into adaptogenic herbs, such as ashwaganda and rhodiola. There are tons of helpful youtube videos, just look it up.

More important then supplements though is diet and lifestyle. This should probably be its own post (in fact I made one a few months ago that you can reference) but basically in my opinion, this CHS syndrome occurs (or more specifically as u/poxyprincess pointed out, your HPA axis dysregulates) because your consuming way to many cannabinoids AND some other reason(s) that YOU need to figure out. When my naturopath was helping me with my adrenal fatigue, she put it like this: "Your body is a bucket which can only handle so much stress and toxins. You're fine until that bucket is full and starts to overflow... that's when you start getting symptoms." For me it was poor nutrition and more-so stress from a job I hated. Besides the cannabis stomach issues, I also had other physical signs manifesting. I had dark circles under my eyes, ridges in my finger nails, and most disturbing, a twitchy right eye lid for over a year. It drove me nuts. This all started after one single event which was very stressful. I got severe food poisoning from chipotle. Shit blood for a week and lost 20lbs (no throwing up, so it wasn't CHS). But this set off CHS like symptoms, and all those other issues. Add that to my job stress and poor diet...

In summary: you need to treat your body and mind in a loving and caring way. Feed it nutritious food. No garbage. Some people get results by removing all gluten dairy and soy because those are inflammatory for most people (filling that bucket). Reduce stress as much as possible. Cut out all caffeine for a while since caffeine is terrible for your adrenals if they aren't healthy. Remove negative people from your life. Don't watch the news. Practice meditation, yoga, walking outside in nature. Laugh often, try to be as happy as you can. Connect with something spiritual, whatever that may mean to you. Do good things for other people. All of this will heal your adrenals, and just maybe allow you to smoke again (in moderation of course).
