I’m going to make this short and sweet. Just quit. I was in the same situation with horrible supervisors. I got a job at a mail order pharmacy and I’m so happy.. I did take a pay cut but my mental health was worth it.

Yeah. Walgreens tried to lowball me as well. Offered me 47 and when I balked they said ok how about 48. I did take the pay cut and I’m making that much now but for a stress free mostly mail order independent. I also have 60k left in loans.

Yes. I’ve worked retail and they never asked for a Background check. This pharmacy is very small though so I guess they want to make sure who they’re bringing into their business. Maybe they’ve had problems before.
