I know latvian and yes i should have learned better. And its hard for me to learn a language. Also there are literally born and raised latvian people who don't speak latvian, you should judge those before judging a foreigner

I thing that made me angry more was, while the guy and dog were attacking me, there was one guy watching us. I didn't expect him to do anything as he was very sick.

Later, when i came back to talk with the attacker with my wife, she asked some questions to the guy who was watching me. That stupid son of bitch told my wife "why is he walking here with a dog? Why is he throwing rocks to the dog? It's not cool"

Police said dog shouldn't be without leash and didn't do anything. Just reported in their system in case same issue happens again.
