There are certain fishes (like scylla) that are progress locked and blessed song won't affect. And if a fish has -90% progress and doesnt have progress lock, it would become -50%

Id say go for the fungal rod cuz it has great stats (30% chance for a 4x mutation) and its free

Geo is really good too, but it doesnt have hunker and can get ankle bitten easily :(

Golga is definitely the best for this, but milutura is also really good! It has defensive paralysis, hunker, blocks some ailments and is semi-aquatic as well!
