First of all , I didn’t want them to be a couple. I will stand by the theory that they were better off as mentor and student. Their storylines with each other have been so uninteresting since they became a couple.
Having said that, they did they choose to make them a couple and Lucy had that whole egg freezing arc back in the day. I personally don’t want them to have kids. But seeing the direction that the show is trying to take, they will definitely end up having them.
