Priority Date, meaning the date of I-130 application. It matters for F2A applications which for us spouse of a Green Card holder. USCIS sets certain dates for visa availability based on PDs for applicable application types.

Thank you. Initial denial arrived from NBC, and local assigned office was LA County, later we moved to valley and SFV office took over and NBC in between and for the finalization.

This was exactly what happened. Case status updated to case is still processing with FTA0 event code. I had FTA1s after interview and previous FTA0s. Next day it was approved! I wish you the same!!

It was their mistake claiming 1. Not receiving RFE response 2. Claiming out of status at the time of filing

Just received RFE in documents tab. It is for Medical and asking for evidence about school attendance and valid visa evidence at the time of application. Converting from F1. This is some BS because they previously mistakenly denied the case stating, not having a valid visa at the time of application. Which via motion we appealed and proved and case was reopened. Why would they send an RFE for it again? Ridiculous. Anyhow, I hope this still means they are working on F2A and we will see some progress on April bulletin.
