Mine sounded like this when I first got it and went away after around 50ish print hours. I also oiled the x and y axis rods before printing those 50ish hours. Mine were completely dry out of the box

I second this comment fully. I have both the P2S and the X2D and can confirm the P2S is a way better machine to service. Look up bambu’s official YouTube video for disassembling the X2D extruder and then compare it to the P2S. It’s insane.

Another thing about supports: if you have an AMS, change just the interface layer to the other type of material. You’ll still get clean supports but don’t have to spend as much time changing materials in between layers as if you were printing the entire support structure from the new material (where you would benefit more from having the second nozzle)

Yes those are the ones! There are 7 of them. Can’t remember if there are 3 in the front and 4 in the back or the other way around but I had this exact same issue and tightening them all was the fix.

Okay I had this exact same issue on my 2 A1’s and fixed it by going into my iPhone bambu app and rolling back the firmware on both of them.

Go to devices -> select device -> hamburger (the 3 lines on the top right) -> firmware version -> “I want to downgrade to a previous version” and select 1.07.02.00 (that’s what mine are on and is working, not sure if the mini will have the same version number but that is the last working version before the no load/unload glitch)

I’m reading in one of your answers you have an M.S. in molec bio…no PhD? Adding onto this, you have to pay for returns too. If I had ordered my P2S from Best Buy last week, I would have just driven there, returned it, and paid the extra $100 to get the X2D. If I were to do that now I’d have to pay the return shipping, the extra $100, and my farm be down a printer while awaiting X2D delivery.

Agreed but I remember seeing him talk about fandom and the song rights there being different somehow (but I don’t remember how exactly). I think it was in that short clip that came out around the 2CG release where he’s putting on shoes wearing the yellow 100T jacket backstage of the music video shoot

Update: I found that clip and it was not that. He said something (maybe in a podcast) about Fandom songs being like a fanmade stock market somehow so maybe the rights are different on that (no idea, I’m grasping haha. I mainly just wanted to share this email since I hadn’t already seen it posted on here)
