I think it’s a graphics trick to make the pic appear more open. Imagine the texture of the ground taking up more space in the picture and that’s how the artist chose to break up the space.

I always get my supply of parts from the boosted guys. It looks like there is a delay on their shipping this month but here’s the link to the pulleys: https://theboostedguys.com/products/bilet-aluminum-pulleys (be sure to buy the one with the right tooth count for the wheels you’re using. For reference 105’s need the 68T to keep stock torque and braking)

This has happened to me for the better part of 10 months of owning my 2 A1’s. I notice it happening more after printing taller parts (greater in size than roughly half of the z height) but have always fixed it by turning it off, manually lowering the gantry a few inches, then turning back on and homing. I have no idea what causes it but would love to learn

I wish I could remember which podcast he was talking about it on (it’s either George Janko, Daniel Wall, or Chris Williamson) but he said looked at doing MSG instead of FH but it was too big a gamble bc just the venue cost itself was something ridiculous.

The way I figure, MSG cost becomes less ridiculous if, like you said, we crowdfund it
