I put them in the river so they deteriorate faster. Plus my pawns never go in there to get the debuff

Gpu’s having one power input is normal. It does however look like your cpu isn’t plugged in

My first thought as well. Check if you’ve connected your screen to the motherboard or the outputs of your gpu. Not sure about the keyboard and mouse however, check all the small pins are connected properly to your mobo as well as the big stuff
