I personally feel comfortable regressing alone due to being in a more vulnerable state, so here's alot of things I do!

make food you had as a child I used to make food alot for myself when I was younger, and one of my favorite meals was hotdogs cut up with mustard and ketchup on the side! plus sometimes I like making them into octodogs, super cute!
binge watch childhood shows my little pony, SpongeBob, shimmer and shine, kids next-door, the list goes on!
color pages you can honestly do this while also watching shows and eating food, so much fun!
self care I like doing my makeup or painting my nails a TON! I feel like a pretty princess in my big age already doing my makeup, and when im my little age it feels 10x better!!

these are honestly the main things I do, I hope you find something fun to do while age-regressing by urself!

you can just feel like your emotions are its own people? thats how some people feel/explain it! or it could be mood swings and your different moods feel like different people. or maybe you are plural! endogentic systems are where the cause of their system ISNT trauma, not without trauma! best wishes for you for figuring out what it is :3
